Melvin was born and raised in Houston, Texas. His work and education background are deeply focused in sales, technology and operations. For the past 10 years, Melvin has designed and implemented major computer networks, designed telemarketing systems, and built warehouse distribution systems. Today, along with his role as CTO of Image Perspective, he is President of e.Solutions, a network solution provider.

Melvin started at Egghead software in the early 90s, managing inside and outside sales. From there, he was Sales Manager at Daisytek, managing a team of 20 inside employees and responsible for over $30 million in sales.

In 1993, Melvin joined Arlington Industries as Midwest Sales Manager. There, he grew his territory approximately 1,000% over the next three years. During his tenure at Arlington, Melvin's role expanded to include warehouse operations/design, IT infrastructure design, and telephony systems.

In 1997, Melvin left Arlington along with Steve Jaffe to form Image Perspective. Since its first month in business through today, Image Perspective has grown revenue and profits every year. Today, Image Perspective serves over 100 clients from its Wheeling, IL headquarters.

When he's not at the office, Melvin is a family man. He spends his time with his wife and young son. In addition, he golfs, builds home network systems, and loves home landscaping.
